LABOUR HIRE TERMS AND CONDITION
Broking fee structure is based on total cost to company plus a admin fee, whereby a detailed quotation will be prepared on request.
Admin fees include the following: Employees, Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly pay run, annual Irp5’s, WCA claims, SARS compliancy, LRA requirements, CCMA claims, Union disputes and any further staff administration issues.
A standard condition of our labour broking is that all invoices are paid within 7 days.
Legal fees: UIF 1%, SDL 1%, WCA 1.38%, Sick Leave 4.3%, Family Responsibility Leave 1.28%, Annual Leave 6.4%.
12. Payroll
Aquila Labour Brokers is fully geared to handle any pay run, weather it’s weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We have qualified staff, trained by VIP to look after our customers and employees needs. Services include All Administration Fees i.e. weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly pay run, annual Irp5’s.
